Kenny Robinson starts FFM in January.
FFM becomes a 501c3 in August.
FFM forms partnership with Jennifer Vollmer and hires first lived experience staff member, Tiffany Moses.
FFM houses its first client.
FFM raises $178k from community support.
57 people served by end of year.

2021

FFM receives its first major grant of $100k.
FFM is awarded HUD issued housing vouchers- the first event for reentry programming in Mecklenburg county.
Co-founded The Black People's Community Justice Center to provide court, jail, and bail support.
FFM partners with Just Do It Movement, Erika's Closet, Care Ring, and the Center for Community Transitions to create the 4 phase reentry collaboration.
FFM celebrates housing twelve families.
FFM joins CoC board.
Closed the year assisting 158 people- providing employment for 82 and housing 15.

2022

FFM hosts the Underground Railroad of Reentry photo documentary at the Mint Museum
April Barber is released after 30 years.
The Grove Church donates land for FFM to pursue building a 16-unit townhome complex.
FFM staff grows to six members.
